1. Services

Sponsoriz connects athletes, clubs, and events with companies and brands through structured sponsorship strategies.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to use Sponsoriz’s services or submit an application.
• Sponsoriz does not accept applications from individuals under 18.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Data Consent

By submitting an application, creating a profile, or using Sponsoriz’s services, you acknowledge and agree that the information you provide will be stored, processed, and shared with relevant sponsors, athletes, clubs, or events for the purpose of creating partnerships.

4. Fees & Payment

• Sponsoriz earns commission  on signed sponsorship contracts.
• Paid services (activation plans, content creation, upsells) are invoiced separately.
• Late payments may be subject to penalties.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, methods (Sponsoriz Select™, Sponsoriz Engine™, Sponsoriz Flow™, Sponsoriz Impact™) belong exclusively to Sponsoriz LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Sponsoriz is not responsible for promises, actions, or failures by sponsors, athletes, clubs, or events.
• Sponsoriz’s liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service.

7. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes are handled in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under Florida law.
• Class actions are waived.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
